On October 28th-31st, our general manager Mr Huang with three staffs in International Trade Department went to Hong Kong to attend International Building & Decoration Materials & Hardware Fair. Our booth plan is 7E22.
The main purpose of this trip is that it is a good opportunity to establish the companys brand image, showing the strenth and management concept of our company. At the same time,it is also an effect way to promote new products and enhance the visibility about our company. Certainly, the most direct purpose must be sales, with a large number of new and old customers face to face communication.
In the fair, we all gave our warm reception to every customer from all over the world. Our general manager Mr Huang told the materials, functions and all kinds of details of products to the customer seriously. Also he discussed the price carefully and try to achieve the win-win situation. The discussion was in harmonious ambience all the time.
From the exihibition, we not only make more new friends, but also gain lots of information about customers, and the most important is to learn a variety of exhibition experience, then raise the companys reputation. These facts will help us to enhance our own confidence, so that to lay a solid foundation on the road of foreign trade development in the future. |
