It can be used for compression, to secure Nylon pulley primary dressings on joints or areas that are difficult to bandage, to attach splints and appliances, and to replace adhesive tape on patients with friable skin. Its Nylon pulley lightweight and porous construction allows the skin to breathe while its non-slip support prevents the bandage from tightening or loosening and minimizes slipping and Nylon pulley sagging as the body moves.
